Over 16 years, our team has built a shared history rooted in hands-on experience as company executives and operators — not just as financiers. This background gives us a distinctly different perspective from traditional private equity firms: we have sat in the chair of the managers we now support. Today, ARCOLE manages 130M€ of assets and has completed 18 investment operations across BtoB industries and services, with ticket sizes ranging from 5 to 15M€. Our target companies generate revenues between 10M€ and 150M€ and typically face turning points that require both capital and expertise to navigate successfully. We intervene in MBI, carve-out and underperformance situations, always with a clear focus on identifying the specific value creation levers available in each business. Our 10-person team combines investment professionals with operational specialists, enabling us to move seamlessly between strategic analysis and on-the-ground execution.
