Managing Partner
François-Xavier co-founded ARCOLE following a 15-year career spanning industrial management and private equity in the French mid-market. He leads the firm's investment strategy and maintains direct relationships with portfolio company management teams. His operational grounding shapes ARCOLE's hands-on approach to value creation.
Partner – Investment
Isabelle joined ARCOLE in its early years after a career in corporate finance and executive roles at two BtoB services companies. She leads deal origination and transaction execution, with particular expertise in carve-out situations. Her experience on both sides of the table gives her an instinct for identifying value in complex deal structures.
Partner – Operations
Thierry brings over 20 years of experience as an industrial executive, having led manufacturing businesses through restructuring, international expansion and digital transformation. At ARCOLE, he heads the operational task forces deployed within portfolio companies. He is the architect of the firm's proprietary steering tool methodology.
Investment Director
Camille manages financial analysis, portfolio monitoring and investment committee preparation for ARCOLE's active deals. She joined the firm after several years in leveraged finance at a leading French bank, where she developed deep expertise in debt structuring for mid-market transactions. She plays a central role in build-up deal sourcing and execution.
Associate – Investment & Strategy
Antoine joined ARCOLE following an MBA and a stint in management consulting focused on industrial sector transformation. He supports all stages of the investment process, from market analysis and due diligence to 100-day plan implementation. His analytical precision and appetite for complex situations make him a key contributor to the firm's deal flow.
